Using the site

By using The Minute daily you agree to these terms. You may read, share links to and quote short excerpts from our stories with attribution. You may not copy stories in full, scrape the site, interfere with how it works or use it for anything unlawful.

Memberships

• Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Monthly plans renew every month; annual plans renew every year.
• You can cancel at any time from your account. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and it does not renew after that.
• If a price changes, we tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal.
• Memberships are personal and cannot be shared or resold.

Content and contributors

Stories are written by citizen journalists, creators, influencers and our editorial team. Contributors keep the copyright in their work and give The Minute daily the right to publish, edit and distribute it. Views expressed in a story are those of its author. If you believe a story is inaccurate or infringes your rights, write to hello@theminutedaily.com and we will look into it.

Your account

Keep your login details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under it until you do.

Our liability

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by relying on a story, by the site being unavailable or by things outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

Privacy

How we handle your personal data is covered by the privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and we announce significant changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new terms.
